Q)    How long will it take to get my order confirmed?

A)    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  

 

Q)    How long does it take to ship my order?  

A)     If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at workoutcareteam@myworkoutequipment.com

 

Q)     What happens if my equipment arrives damaged? What should I do then?

A)      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to workoutcareteam@myworkoutequipment.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Q)      How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

A)     Every product here on myworkoutequipment.com carries with it a complete satisfaction guarantee and may be returned in its original condition for a refund.

To receive a refund, the product must be in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with its tags, user manual and charger (if applicable). My Workout Equipment will provide customers with a return shipping label upon request.

 All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  After 48 hours, If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

Returns within 14 days of delivery date will not incur a restocking fee. Returns between 15 and 30 days of delivery date will incur a $100.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund owed the customer. Returns 31 days or more after delivery date will incur an additional $100.00 return fee that will also be deducted from any refund owed the customer.

The refund amount is determined in My Workout Equipment's sole discretion. Refunds will be made to the customer’s original payment method. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Only items purchased directly from myworkoutequipment.com will be accepted for returns. All returns require an authorization number. Please email us at customerreturns@myworkoutequipment.com to initiate your return.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that is used when placing your order.
