Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

We work with well-known companies to provide our customers with excellent, quality, proven workout equipment that will aid you in becoming and/or keeping yourself in excellent physical condition. We know, however, that sometimes the product you purchase may not be a good fit for you, or you may change your mind.

Order Cancellations must be made within 48 hours, and all such cancellations are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you – the buyer - are responsible for the return shipping charges, including the purchase of shipping insurance for the full cost of the item being returned. The product is still your property until it reaches the warehouse, and we are not responsible for any shipping damages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned products.

Refunds are provided only if the product is in brand new, re-sellable condition and returned to us in the original packaging with all tags, stickers, instruction sheets/user manuals and any/all other accessories. Refund amounts are determined at the sole discretion of My Workout Equipment. Any refund will be made to the customer’s original payment method. Any refund for purchases made as gifts will be made to the purchaser’s payment method.

Returns

Please note the following conditions for return of a product:

  • • Contact us to explain why you wish to return the product.
  • • The product must be in mint condition – no scratches or dents. We may require that you forward photographs of the product to ensure its condition.
  • • The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, stickers, instruction sheets/booklets and any other instructional or accessory items.
  • If your order arrives in obviously damaged condition – dented packaging, torn packaging, etc., inspect the product immediately. If you detect physical damage to the product, refuse the package. Contact us immediately if damage is detected. The carrier will need to conduct an investigation.

    All returns require an authorization number. Please email us at Customer Returns to obtain an authorization. If the return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping information with which you can return the product.   All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. 

    Only items purchased directly from My Workout Equipment will be accepted for return. If you purchased your product from a third-party seller, please contact that seller directly to discuss your return options.
